Right of Withdrawal

Statutory withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw from it without giving a reason.

How the trial interacts with this

The 7-day free trial means no payment is taken until day 7. If you cancel during the trial, no contract for paid services has begun and nothing is charged. In practice this resolves most situations before any withdrawal question arises.

Immediate access and the consequence of requesting it

Digital services supplied immediately are subject to a specific rule: if you ask us to begin supplying the service during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun and been completed, that right ends. Because SYNAPSE is supplied continuously rather than as a one-off completed delivery, we do not treat your withdrawal right as extinguished by first use. If you withdraw within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment, less a proportionate amount for the period already supplied.

How to withdraw

Email support@synapse-trading.com with your account email and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form below. We will confirm receipt and refund to the original payment method within 14 days of being informed.

Outside the EU and UK

Statutory withdrawal rights may not apply. The trial and the cancel-any-time policy in our terms apply to everyone regardless of location.
